What’s not included is hands-on building time from partners. If a project needs a Partner to commit multi-day or multi-week building work, we scope that separately at €4,500/week per partner.

Add-ons are scoped, quoted, and approved before activation. No surprise invoices.

Regardless of model — Project, Embedded, or Network add-ons — we don’t take on: brand identity from scratch (we work with your brand), logo design, print or out-of-home work, and “AI prompts as a service.”

Travel costs aren’t included in the engagement fee — see the remote setup answer above for how we handle them.

We use AI aggressively for the parts that don’t require senior judgment — research synthesis, design system documentation, prototype scaffolding. Senior design judgment is what you’re paying for; AI removes the drudge work around it.

On Project engagements we work with one client at a time. Your project gets full attention, not 20% of a designer’s week.

We start in 1–2 weeks, not 3+ months. You bill bi-weekly and stop when value stops — no fixed cost. No equity, no severance, no full-time commitment.
